Nautical Mind :: Books :: Fiction :: Aubrey-Maturin :: Final, Unfinished Voyage of Jack Aubrey (#21)

The Final, Unfinished Voyage of Jack Aubrey (#21)
Final, Unfinished Voyage of Jack Aubrey (#21)
At the time of his death, O'Brian was working on the further adventures of Aubrey and Maturin, following on from Jack's promotion to Admiral of the Blue. Four completed chapters have Jack and Stephen sailing up the coast of South America, meeting Jack's illegitimate son in Rio de Janeiro, and sailing to the Cape for Jack to take up his new position. This edition will show the printed text on the the left page and a facsimile of the four chapters in O'Brian's handwriting on the right. The manuscript ends with some very poignant personal notes to himself which he must have written in the last days of his life. A collectible for any O'Brian fan.
