Sails Over Ice
by Bartlett, Capt. Bob
Between 1925 and 1933, Bob Bartlett and the “Morrissey” would explore most of coastal Greenland, collect scientific specimens and Inuit artifacts for North American societies and museums, and capture Arctic mammals for zoos. On all of these trips, he never lost a single soul. Most believe that his contribution to exploration and natural science can never be quantified. See also “The Last Voyage of the Karluk”.
